As the gloomy weather last week demonstrated, the summer is well and truly upon us now. We've had some highs and lows already (last weekend for the firsts being the most impressive low-high weekend I can think of) and no doubt they will continue throughout the remainder of the season.

Thanks to efforts of Jon Goymer (apologies to others if you were involved, he's the noisiest one though) we have, this coming weekend, the arrival of some very special club kit. It's an early (12:15) arrival at the ground for collection and team photos, so don't be late (Naishy).

Also, don't forget to bring your £12 in addition to your subs (if you ordered a shirt that is). While I'm here I may as well remind anyone who hasn't paid their annual subs that they would be most welcome.

Let's hope for some good weather and high class cricket to break our new shirts in with.
